URGENTLY REQUIRED: 

1. Programmer ( Web Application ) Kode: (PRO)
Responsibilities:
·         Development of web applications
·         Maintain and trouble shoot existing web applications
·         Perform testing and Quality Assurance
·         Prepare technical documentations
Requirements:
·         Male/ Female, max 30 years old
·         Min. Bachelor Degree from Information Technology or computer science from
      reputable university
·         Min. 2 - 4 years working experience as programmer in Life Insurance industry
·         Proficient in SQL server, ASP.Net, PHP, VB and Java
·         Experience in Mobile application programming such as Java, JQuery Mobile etc
·         Has knowledge in web development framework such as Cake PHP or Code Igniter
     or Spring or Hibernate
·         Has Knowledge in administering web application server is advantage

2.          Business Analyst Kode: (BA)
Responsibilities:
·         To facilitate the development and implementation of business solutions for Life Insurance Applications System.
·         Gather user requirements from various departments.
·         Performs configuration tasks on a system component
·         Executes enhancement and system level test cases
·         Provide support for User Acceptance tests.
Requirements:
·         Male/ Female, max 35 years old
·         Min. Bachelor Degree from Information Technology or computer science from
       reputable university
·         Min. 4 years working experience as business analyst in Life Insurance industry
·         Knowledge of system development life cycle
·         Good communication and analytical skills
·         Experience in writing business requirements is a must.
·         Good project management skills

3.          New Business ( Alternate ) Staff. Kode: (NBA)
Responsibilities:
·         Organizing the administration of new group and individual application
·         Entry data of new business group and individual into system accurately
·         Implement policy issuance, the distribution and follow up policy within the specified time
·         Assist Supervisor and Manager in the running project
·         Ensure that administration and new business reports are processed as timely and accurately

Requirements:
·         Male/ Female, max 28 years old
·         Min. Diploma Degree from any major from reputable university
·         At least 2 years of working experience as New Business Staff in Life Insurance is an advantage
·         Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
·         Computer literate ( MS. Excel & Office is a must )
·         Details  and have a strong analytical thinking


4.          New Business ( Credit Life ) Staff Kode: (NBCL)
Responsibilities:
·         Implement the administration of new policy request process from bank and non bank
 ·         Issued the credit life policy certificate
·         Set up the policy and send policy certificate
·         Create production data report for credit life policy to affiliated Bank
·         Assist Supervisor and Manager in the running project

Requirements:
·         Male/ Female, max 28 years old
·         Min. Diploma Degree from any major from reputable university
·         At least 2 years of working experience as New Business ( Credit Life ) Staff in Life  Insurance is an advantage
·         Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
·         Computer literate ( MS. Excel & Office is a must )
·         Details  and have a strong analytical thinking

5.  Sales Development Kode: (SD)
                Responsibilities:
·         Prepare training Program and develop training modules for agents
·         Deliver knowledge and practical training in classroom or workplace
·         Deliver presentation related to recruitment agent process in community or people organization
·         Increase the growth of licensed agents
·         Monitor report training effectiveness to ensure agents performance
·         Monitor report productivity analysis as part of comprehensive training evaluation

Requirements: 
·         Male / Female, max 35 years old
·         Min. Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable university
·         At least 2 – 4 years of working experience as Agency Trainer in Life Insurance
·         Experiences in developing training module & material for agency
·         Experiences in leading agents team
·         Good Looking, strong communication skills, leadership skills and highly self confidence
·         Willing to travel to sales office
·         Willing to be placed out of Jakarta ( Jakarta, Surabaya Balikpapan, Makasar )

6. Administration Kode: (ADM)
Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for daily administration, filing document, correspondences
·         Manage the storage and security of documents
·         Handling data reports related sales productivity

Requirements:        
·         Male/Female, max. 27 years old
·         Min. Diploma Degree, any discipline
·         Min. 1 year of working experience as administration, preferably from insurance company
·         Computer literate, especially MS. Office is a must
·         Good Performance, strong communication skills and highly self confidence
·         Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
